THANKS - October 28, 2013 - Inspiration from Source: Life is a gift and every day is a new opportunity to give thanks. I remember a few months ago - before the meditation began - I looked at my 740 friends on facebook and thought - "man that's a lot of people I don't know so well, and who really don't know much about me." (I now have another hundred or so! It's amazing!)

JEALOUSY - October 26, 2013 - Inspiration from Source: This morning I was too tired to ask anything. So I asked, "what should we ponder today." I heard the word, "jealousy." Since I don't think I have much of a jealous bone in my body anymore, I was a little surprised. I love so much and love so many people, it is hard for me to get trapped in the "there can be only one" philosophy. 

SPONTANEITY - October 25, 2013 - Inspiration from Source: Spontaneity. I tried to write on another topic - but the voice in my head is persistent. If you can't WRITE on spontaneity, how in the world are you going to be spontaneous, Woman? Good point. So I will, in spontaneous reaction - explore spontaneity. 

POWER - October 24, 2013 - Inspiration from source - You have the power in YOU. Oh my gosh, you do. I can feel the love. I am telling you an intense spiritual truth - I have been feeling waves of love since I posted my call for energy last night. I woke up this morning with my body tingling all over and an intense peaceful feeling inside me. I don't know exactly what you are all doing - but I thank you. I don't need facebook to know that you are all with me. I do not need some book to tell me that Spirit is inside every one of us.

LOVE - October 20, 2013 - Inspiration from source: Love never dies. If you truly, and without reservation, love someone - what a blessing to know that no matter how time passes, no matter what paths you take, when you turn around and look - that love is still deep and true. I have truly felt blessed to know that in all my life, there is nobody I have ever loved, that I did not continue to love - even if they have been out of my life for decades. This makes me a very, very, lucky person.

FEAR - October 18, 2013 - Inspiration from source this a.m. - Fear. It's everywhere these days. Never seen so many scared people in my whole life - and I grew up in the 70's when there were lines at the pumps and we were just coming out of Viet Nam. My mind for the last 24 hours has been contemplating - why is everyone so afraid? And why am I not afraid anymore?
